Thank you for choosing BookCoverAI. We strive to provide high-quality AI generation services for authors and publishers.
Since our products are digital goods and our services rely on non-reversible GPU processing costs, we have established the following refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Our service operates on a Credit-Based System.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a Cover Image has been unlocked, downloaded, or viewed in high resolution, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for Credits that have already been used.
We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:
If you have purchased a Credit Package (e.g., Single, Author Bundle, Publisher Pack) and meet ALL of the following conditions, you are eligible for a full refund:
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, or if you paid but did not receive the corresponding Credits, we will issue a full refund immediately upon verification.
If you used a Credit to unlock an image, but the resulting file is technically defective (e.g., corrupted file, blank image, severe rendering artifacts not visible in the preview), we will refund the Credit back to your account. Please note: We do not offer cash refunds for "style preference" or "creative dissatisfaction" once a high-res image is unlocked, as low-res previews are provided beforehand.
For eligible partial refunds (if applicable under specific legal requirements), the refund amount is calculated as follows:

If your request is approved:
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. unexpected chargebacks or disputes filed with your bank without prior communication may result in the permanent suspension of your account and a ban from using our services in the future.
We operate on a Pay-As-You-Go model. We do not have recurring monthly subscriptions. You are only charged one-time for the credit packages you choose to purchase. You will never be automatically charged for renewals.
