Upload your published cover
Use the front cover file from your eBook or print edition — JPG or PNG.
Your cover is already live on Amazon — Audible just needs it square. Upload the artwork you already have and download a compliant 2400×2400 file, design intact.
Exports a 2400×2400 JPG built around ACX rules.

HOW IT WORKS
Use the front cover file from your eBook or print edition — JPG or PNG.
The layout is recomposed for 1:1, with your title and author name kept in safe view.
A 2400×2400 JPG, exported against the published ACX rules.
The job is narrow: one published cover, one compliant square.
The export targets the published rules — at least 2400×2400 pixels, JPG, RGB — before you ever see the download button.
The rebuild preserves your title and author placement instead of trimming them away in a crop.
Start from the file you already approved. No designer round-trip for one derivative format.
Most rejections trace back to three avoidable mistakes.
ACX explicitly rejects side-bar padding, stretched artwork, and upscaled files. If the source art cannot fill a square honestly, it needs a rebuild.
ACX requires both names on the cover. After any square conversion, check them at thumbnail size before you upload.
Center-weighted art survives a straight crop. Tall, text-heavy layouts do not — those are exactly what a recompose pass is for.
PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS
Compiled from official publisher documentation, August 2026. Always confirm current rules before upload.
| Platform | Pixels | Format | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ACX / Audible | At least 2400 × 2400 | JPG, RGB, 72 dpi or higher | True square. Title and author required. Side bars, stretching, and upscaling are rejected. |
| Apple Books audiobooks | Square (1:1); exact pixel minimum not published | — | Apple may adapt vertical artwork by adding background to reach square. |
| Google Play Books audiobooks | 1024 – 7200 per side; square recommended | JPEG or PNG, 72 dpi or higher | Square is a recommendation, not a hard rule. |
Straight answers on sizes, conversions, and usage rights.
For ACX/Audible, at least 2400 × 2400 pixels — a true square in JPG with RGB color. Apple Books and Google Play accept squares built to the same spec. Full per-platform details are in the table above.
Stretching adds distortion, and padding the sides with bars gets rejected by ACX. If your art is centered, a careful crop can work; otherwise the layout needs a rebuild — which is what the generator produces.
New users receive free credits to get started. Turning an existing cover into a square costs 3 credits; generating from scratch costs 1 credit (Draft) or 3 credits (Best Quality). Downloads carry no watermark.
